6 Sneak A Peek

Today I finally did something with these buttons! Since you are all my loyal followers you get the first sneak peek before I put them in the store. Be honest and let me know what you think!

P and I were in her room today and I realized I'v never really posted about it. It's nothing too special and it's nowhere near done (ie blue walls) because I don't want to put all this effort into it just to have us move out (hopefully SOOOON) but whatevs Ill still show you what it looks like!

4 Take Two

One of my lovely friends Haley asked me if I could make a dress for her new bambino... answer: DUH!

So my onesies only come in 3-6 6-9 and 12-18 and she wants something for her to wear now which means that I had to venture into making something from scratch. Iv been wanting to do this for a while but now I had the motivation. I have made several adult clothing articles from scratch for class but never baby stuff so I was kinda just diving in.

The idea was to make an apron dress that was open in the back and a matching pair of bloomers to cover her booty.

So I whipped something together today and it didn't turn out too well. Well I mean its cute and Im happy with it only instead of being a dress for a newborn it came out as more of a shirt for P. Oops! 

I like it and Im going to put it up on my Etsy store but I am also going to either go back and shorten the straps and take out the side stitches to make more of an A-line or just start over. 

Just anther trial and error in the crafting world 

4 New Dress

So I tried to push through my creative block  and make a new dress for my shop . I don't LOVE it but i'm happy with it. It's another mock apron onesie dress.

So excited I just found this fabulous vender on Etsy and I'm obsessed with her buttons I just ordered 2 sets!!!




ahhhhhhh I have no idea what Im gonna do with them earrings, clips, bows?? all I know is Im so pumped! GAH!

I just finished a new dress today! It's an apron dress. I'm not going to put it on Etsy till tomorrow because I need a better picture of the back but I thought I would put it up here to give you all a sneak peek! (I also experimented with my new app)









Yay. I'm really happy with how it turned out and Im ready to make more!

In wedding news~

Mikey and I have an appointment next Wednesday with The Comus Inn which is our top wedding venue and I'm really excited!!!! I hope I like it!

This is what I wake up to evvvvery morning. I am NOT a morning person but it's pretty hard to be grumpy when I get to hear this sweet voice calling for me.
