0 SOS 3.4.2012

This weekend I stepped out with my mom and sister for a little girl date. We went to the mall and had lunch and did a little shopping. I tried on a veil with the head piece iv been coviting for a while now and momma treated me to my head piece! Im super excited about it!

Then Sunday night Mikey and I went to the Verizon Center to watch the Flyers take on the Caps. The Griffins were so very kind to give us their tickets to the game. The Flyers won which was super exciting because Mikey has never been to a Philly game in which his team actually won so that was nice.

Yesterday we hit up dance class (in which there was none oops) and then P and I went thrifting in DC with some of my besties. I will post some pictures of that later. After thrifting we came home and sat on the couch for a bazillion hours and watched Harry Potter. dream.come.true. There were laughs, and tears. Lots and lots of tears. It was a pretty grand day.

Also? My new hair obsession is the top knot and I will probably wear it like this for the next forever. Get over it.

Today I was kinda in a bum mood for the most part. I blame it on womanly happenings. If you catch my drift. Ok Ill stop. But something good did happen... Guys I got a job. It's just a serving job at a new restaurant owned by my sisters really good friends. I so so so don't want to work (ok who REALLY wants to work) but Im thankful for the job and the chance to bring some much needed money in. I'm also super nervous. Iv never served before. Whatevs. This may mean some absence from the blog. I know Im just as bummed as you are but I will try my best to keep up because I really do love this thing! Ill only be working 4 shifts a week so I'll still have time to have some sort of life.

Well I guess that's the latest update on my life. How was your weekend? Any life changing events?

So like um... did you see this post? Yeah well Mikey got me the dress today because of all my hard momma work and something else about how he loves me or something like that. GAH IM SO MOTHER FLIPPIN EXCITED!!!!!!

4 Steppin Out Sunday

Today I stepped out to brunch with my family and the Griffin (my second family). Momma and Poppa G and I are pretty bad ass Pub Quiz players and we won twice in a 3 week period scoring us 10 free brunches so we cashed in this morning bigtyme. 5 23 years ago...

the world was made a better place as i made my way through the birth canal. Happy 23 birthday to me! I celebrated on Saturday by going to a lovely dinner date to one of my favorite little French cafes with Mikey and then grabbed some drinks (about 10 too many) at the 4 P's with muh franns. It was pretty fun although I paid dearly yesterday :-/. So far today I went to a Dr. apt. for my FINAL check up on my TMI stomach cyst. Its healing up and I go back to the general surgeon in 3 weeks and hopefully he wont have to surgically remove it. Anyway then I went to Starbucks and got some lunch with my friend Pam and her handsome little baby boy (and my leech Peyton of course) I also got my drink for free bc my favorite SB guy bought it for me! Winning!
I'm going to a fabulous Mexican  restaurant for a FEW drinks with my sister and BFF and maybe a few other ladies tonight around 7. So id say I think this day is turning out to be pretty low key and pretty great! Thanks for everyone that wished me a happy birthday on facebook, twitter, through cards, on phone and in person I love you all! (Aunt Connie I got your card THANK YOU! I'm so glad you read the blog and keep up with P and I. We love you and miss you!!!)
