1 Birth of a Blonde

Today happens to be my best friend in the whole entire worlds birthday. My little blonde girl is 24 years old! I have known Katie for 15 years. WOW that is a long time. We have laughed and cried together. Fought like sisters over boys and bed sheets. We have shared our deepest secrets with each other, and there have been a lot in the past 15 years. And although we are leading very different lives right now she will always be my best friend and I will always make time to grab lunch with her or plan a day to cuddle up and watch Harry Potter and should I ever need someone to vent to she will always be a phone call away. I don't know where or who I would be today if Katie didn't walk through that door in third grade. She changed my life for the better and I love her so very much.

1 Birthday Part 2

Thanks again for all the lovely birthday wishes! The rest of my day went flawlessly. I went and got a starbucks with my mom (yes my second of the day) and it was BEAUTIFUL out. Then I came home and Mikey pulled up from work with a surprise of yellow roses and ... a STARBUCKS bahaha I couldnt finish that one if you can believe it but boy did I try! 

 Then I got ready and hit the town for dinner and drinks with some very very lovely ladies and wonderful friends/sister We went to Rio Grande yummmo! It was lots of girl talk, great food, yummy drinks, and all in all a perfect night!

5 23 years ago...

the world was made a better place as i made my way through the birth canal. Happy 23 birthday to me! I celebrated on Saturday by going to a lovely dinner date to one of my favorite little French cafes with Mikey and then grabbed some drinks (about 10 too many) at the 4 P's with muh franns. It was pretty fun although I paid dearly yesterday :-/. So far today I went to a Dr. apt. for my FINAL check up on my TMI stomach cyst. Its healing up and I go back to the general surgeon in 3 weeks and hopefully he wont have to surgically remove it. Anyway then I went to Starbucks and got some lunch with my friend Pam and her handsome little baby boy (and my leech Peyton of course) I also got my drink for free bc my favorite SB guy bought it for me! Winning!
I'm going to a fabulous Mexican  restaurant for a FEW drinks with my sister and BFF and maybe a few other ladies tonight around 7. So id say I think this day is turning out to be pretty low key and pretty great! Thanks for everyone that wished me a happy birthday on facebook, twitter, through cards, on phone and in person I love you all! (Aunt Connie I got your card THANK YOU! I'm so glad you read the blog and keep up with P and I. We love you and miss you!!!)
