2 TBM Remix

Quick and easy recipe share for you all. If you are a fan of the tomato basil mozzarella like I am then you will probably devour this.

what you need:

Ciabatta bread 

Pesto

Mozzarella

Tomato

Ham

Ex Virgin Olive Oil

I bought tomato basil pesto from whole foods YUM

and mozzarella medallions (flat)

Cut your bread and slab some pesto on

slice the tomato and place it on one side of the sandwich. I added some salt and pepper.

I placed the ham and mozzarella on a separate plate and microwaved it for 30 seconds so that the ham and cheese would be hot and melted

coat a pan in EVOO and put your sammie on. Keep flipping until both sides are nicely browned. I like mine a little crispy. Also when the pesto seeps through its probably close to being done 

cut in half

eat it up and enjoy!

Just wanted to share a quick easy 2 ingredient recipe that will go straight to your ass, but your taste buds will  love you for life. My best friend introduced me to this perfect little combo like 10 years ago and now I'm going to share it with you.

I'v never been a fan of root beer floats because I really don't like root beer so this is a float I can drink and it's way better. all you need is :

Coffee Ice cream

Cream Soda 

A cup

A straw

A spoon

Scoop some ice cream in your cup, top it off with cream soda, slurp or scoop, and ta-da there you have it best.float.ever.

she will eat the crap out of it. Especially if it has chocolate chips in it :) 

Add pancakes to the list of things my baby will eat. I should probably look for ways to sneak healthier ingredients into them. Ill try it out and let you know how that goes.

2 Of Late...

i ran 1.69 mi yesterday. It took me like 18 min but I ran the whole way which is pretty good in muh book

workin on it... although i can't run with my fresh wound which makes it hard to get that flab in shape

2 Rehoboth Beach Part 2

Well here is is... finally 


Part 1 if you missed it

Saturday wasn't the best beach weather but it was still warm enough to get in the water just a little foggy. P was terrified of it at first like clinging on to Mikey for dear life terrified. Eventually he got her to love it though and she didn't ever want to leave. She also LOVEd the sand. She was literally rolling around in it. Eating it too... she kept saying 'mmmm yummy in my tummy'...crunch crunch crunch.

what did I tell you? Literally rolling in the sand... she is so weird. 

Next we ate our weight in junk food. Louis Pizza & Kohr Bros Ice Cream... sadly we didn't have Thrashers fries but no worries Im going back next week and I WILL eat them. 

After food we stopped by Funland and P had a BALST she cried after every single ride was over. Taking her away broke my heart.

Sunday morning P and I went back to the Avenue and had breakfast and did a little shopping then we met up with Leigh for lunch at Arenas

Mikey got a new tattoo for P. He doesnt like to talk about the meaning of his tattoos very much but since Im not him Ill give you a little explanation.

Then we went back to Mikeys parents house and had a grad party for his sister Samantha who we are so proud of!

It was a jolly good time. Like I said before I will be headed back to the beach next Wednesday. This time it will be my mom my sister P and my nephew and we are staying at our dear friends the Angus' house. Eeeeep Im really excited for our girls vaca!
